Former NFL Player, New Homes Sales Counselor, Mortgage Banker.
Prior to entering the NFL, Gerome Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston.
After leaving the NFL, Gerome Williams opened and operated a company named Phenom Prep where his focus is and always has been on providing athletes, both male and female, the essentials of maximizing their athletic ability to compete at a local, state, national and worldwide level. His belief is that with proper training and dedication, which includes mental knowledge and physical training, one will be able to move from one level to the next level, maximizing one's ability. He also believes that if you use your mental capacity and intelligence in the sport as well as be physically prepared, there will be fewer injuries. Any sport is maximized by the attributes of both physical and mental capacities. The culture he promotes is for all his athletes to be able to flourish and excel in life, both on and off the field.
Gerome Williams used his financial and marketing expertise while holding the position of Mortgage Banker at Memorial Park Mortgage, where he specialized in home mortgages. This position allowed him to use his financial knowledge to provide clients with the knowledge and information to make the best financial decisions in their home buying process. Gerome Williams was also afforded the opportunity to work with numerous new homes sales communities where he was able to assist and be a part of establishing, developing and closing out communities.
After Memorial Park Mortgage, he became a New Homes Sales Counselor for Perry Homes, the top home builder in the state of Texas. Where he was able to sell and obtain contracts to sell newly constructed homes and guide the sales transaction through closing. Gerome Williams also customarily and regularly engaged in selling and obtaining contracts to sell newly constructed homes away from the model home or sales office. He developed and maintained marketing and Realtor contact programs to facilitate sales, performed competitive analysis, and maintained prospect relationships. Gerome Williams managed the sale process while facilitating both loan and closing procedures. Monitored models and inventory homes, ensuring quality standards. He gained a lot of knowledge working with the construction staff, which allowed him to design, plan, and oversee construction so that the wishes of the customer could be strategically brought to life. Tiffany Williams Edwards COO
Edwards is a senior-level business professional with more than 15 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, business development, talent acquisition, and global leadership development. She focuses on key Linkage accounts to help integrate the full suite of offerings into their overall talent management programs. Edwards has deep expertise across several of Linkage’s offerings, working regularly to design and structure effective solutions in the broad field of competency modeling, assessments, leadership development, talent selection, and coaching.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Edwards worked as the Assistant Vice President, business development and sales for Prodigy Placements. She has also held roles in business development and executive recruitment with both national and global recruiting firms.
Alfred Young President of Construction
Mr. Young is a graduate of the University of Houston.
Mr. Young has extensive experience in Construction Project Management/President of Construction that spans over a 20-year timeframe. Some of the companies that have been privileged to use the expertise of Mr. Young include Zander Custom Homes, Trend maker Homes, and Ryland Homes.
His expertise includes planning and supervising a wide range of construction projects from start to finish, organizing and overseeing construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Young is also well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, he is able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best, timely and most efficient results. He also possesses an analytical mind and great organizational skills. He has a proven track record that ensures all projects are delivered on time and according to requirements, while making sure that the budget is not compromised. He prides himself on collaborating with engineers, architects etc., to determine the specifications of the project, negotiates contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements, obtains permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities, determines manpower, equipment and materials (resources required for the project) from start to finish, providing strategic attention to budgetary limitations. Coordinates all construction operations and schedules intermediate phases to ensure all deadlines are met. In order to prevent inadequacies, he acquires equipment, materials and monitor stock. He hires contractors and other staff and allocates their responsibilities. He supervises the work of laborers, mechanics and all aspects of the project, providing them with guidance as needed. He rounds off his responsibilities by evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports, while also ensuring the adherence to all health and safety standards that meet all requirements.
Thasunda Brown Duckett
Thasunda Brown Duckett is President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA, a leading provider of secure retirements and outcome-focused investment solutions for millions of people and thousands of institutions.
She leads a company whose mission is defined by financial inclusion and opportunity – goals and values she has upheld throughout her career. Under her leadership, TIAA is expanding its mission beyond higher education to all Americans saving for retirement.
Before joining TIAA in 2021, she held several key executive roles during a 17-year career at JP Morgan Chase, including CEO of the Consumer Bank and Auto Finance. Earlier in her career, she was a Director of Emerging Markets at Fannie Mae.
Duckett serves on the boards of NIKE, Inc., Brex Inc., Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, Sesame Workshop, National Medal of Honor Museum, Economic Club of New York, the University of Houston Board of Visitors, and the Dean’s Advisory Board for Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council CEO Advisory Board, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
In addition, Duckett is an appointee to the President’s Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), The Business Council Executive Committee and the Committee for Economic Development. She also serves on the board of Business Roundtable.
Duckett has received a wide array of accolades from financial media, including Fortune, Forbes, Barron’s and American Banker. She has also been listed as one of the TIME100 Most Influential People in the World, named a CNBC ChangeMaker and inducted into the American Academy of Arts & Sciences.
She founded the Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation in honor of her parents to recognize and reward people who use ordinary means to empower and uplift their community in extraordinary ways.
Duckett grew up in Texas and lives in Connecticut with her family. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston and an MBA from Baylor University.

Ray Harper joined Erect-A-Line in 2009 with 19 employees and has grown the company to 80 employees. Before joining Erect-A-Line, Ray was the Rexel Electrical Supply Regional Lighting Quotation Manager for Texas and surrounding states, supplying all indoor and outdoor lighting for hospitals, schools, high rises, athletic arenas, and casinos. Prior to his role at Rexel, Ray was a multi-store owner in St Louis, MO.
Ray is currently on the Advisory Board of the Dallas County Community College District and is a member of the Independent Steel Alliance and the Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Southwest Texas State University and a Master of Fine Arts from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. Ray and his wife enjoy traveling across the US and overseas together.
